De functie is in eerst instantie op uitzendbasis, maar waarschijnlijk voor de langere termijn (met uitzicht op een vaste baan). Je verzorgt de administratieve handelingen voor verlengde garantie en onderhoud contracten, conform de standaard procedures en richtlijnen, daarnaast ben je werkzaam op de afdeling klantenservice. Hoofdtaken > Telefoon : opnemen eigen telefoon en waarnemen van overige telefoontjes op de afdeling Client Services. > Inkomende Post/E-mail : behandelen en beantwoorden van inkomende post/e-mail. > Invoeren : invoeren van de verschillende relevante data en contracten in de informatiesystemen. Dusdanig dat de juiste informatie bij zowel de interne als externe klant beschikbaar komt. De aanvragen komen per post, e-mail, importeur, klantenservice, webshop binnen. > Archiveren : registreren, opbergen en beheren van informatie die onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de afdeling valt. > Correspondentie : verzorgen van standaard correspondentie (facturen, contracten, retouren) en van correspondentie op basis van aanwijzingen van collegas. > Financiële ondersteuning : controleren en accorderen van garantie claims die niet standaard door het systeem verwerkt kunnen worden, alsmede het verzorgen van de maand facturatie en het doorbelasten van kosten aan derden. > Rapportages : het verzorgen van de maandelijkse rapportages en het verzorgen van individuele rapportages op verzoek.
