Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je beheerst en volgt het volledige orderproces op voor jouw klanten in het navision-systeem.

- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte orderflow en denkt proactief mee optimalisaties en systeemtechnische oplossingen.

- Je bewaakt een tijdige levering van onze producten en volgt de afgesproken leveringstermijnen nauwgezet op.

- Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen om een optimale klantenservice te garanderen.

- Je ondersteunt het salesteam met periodieke interne rapporteringen.

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt aan een langdurige samenwerking.

- Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma, bij voorkeur in een administratieve, logistieke of economische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een plus, maar jouw motivatie, leergierigheid en drive minstens even belangrijk.

- Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.

- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief om processen zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen.

- Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht.

- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

- Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als graag in teamverband.

- Je bent analytisch en hebt oog voor detail.
