Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Wij bieden - - Flexibele werktijden tussen de 28 en 40 uur per week; - Rooster wordt ruim van tevoren bekendgemaakt; - Aantrekkelijk salaris van €19,52 bruto per uur. Wij vragen - - Klantgerichtheid, probleemanalyse, hoge mate van sensitiviteit en aanpassingsvermogen; - Goede computervaardigheden en gemakkelijk schakelen tussen systemen; - Minimaal MBO 4+ of HBO diploma; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Goede telefoonstem en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Zelfstandige en vak volwassen werkhouding. Neem dan contact met ons op via: +31885063328 Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij het Klantcontactcentrum (KCC) van een grote pensioenuitvoerder. Het KCC speelt een centrale rol in de dienstverlening aan deelnemers van verschillende pensioenfondsen. Met meer dan 600.000 contactmomenten per jaar, via verschillende communicatiekanalen, krijg je dagelijks de kans om het verschil te maken voor deelnemers. Binnen het team stimuleren en ondersteunen collega's elkaar om gezamenlijk de doelstellingen te behalen. Het belang van de deelnemer staat hierbij altijd voorop! Als Contactspecialist beantwoord je vragen van deelnemers over hun pensioensituatie. Jij helpt ze met vragen over hun pensioen, die onder andere kunnen voortkomen uit een situatie van ziekte, overlijden en arbeidsongeschiktheid. Je kunt vragen verwachten over de pensioendatum, maar ook vragen als: wat is de hoogte van mijn pensioenuitkering? En wat als mijn partner komt te overlijden? Hoe werkt solliciteren via Timing? Ben jij klaar om mensen te helpen ...
