Werk jij graag in de klantenservice, help je graag mensen én/of zoek je een afwisselende baan in Deventer? Dan is deze functie als klantenservice medewerker bij een alarmcentrale iets voor jou.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen die hulp nodig hebben. Of het nu gaat om pech onderweg, een noodsituatie of schade: jij blijft rustig, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt dat de juiste hulp wordt ingeschakeld. Geen standaard callcenterwerk, maar een baan waarin je écht het verschil maakt.

Je werkt in een afwisselend 24/7 rooster met dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Daar staat natuurlijk een aantrekkelijke onregelmatigheidstoeslag tegenover.

Wat ga je doen? Vanuit de klantenservice in Deventer help je verzekerden wereldwijd in noodsituaties. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt. Je luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en schakelt hulp in. Niet alleen, maar samen met je team.

Je start met een volledig betaalde, fulltime training. Hier leer je stap voor stap hoe gesprekken verlopen, hoe systemen werken en hoe je hulp inschakelt.

Na je training:

- Neem je telefoontjes aan van mensen met pech, schade of noodsituaties - Werk je volgens duidelijke processen en systemen - Schakel je met hulpdiensten, garages, zorginstanties of andere partners - Houd je overzicht, ook wanneer een gesprek emotioneel of stressvol is

Je werkt in een roulerend 24/7 rooster. Dat betekent wisselende diensten, inclusief avonden, nachten en weekenden. Het rooster is ruim van tevoren bekend.

Wat bieden wij? - €2.704 - €3.126 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur); - Onregelmatigheidstoeslag van 125% tot 175% (avond, nacht, weekend); - 8% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen (fulltime); - Reiskostenvergoeding €0,25 per km (tot 40 km enkele reis); - Keuze uit 16 tot 40 uur per week; - Uitzicht op overname door de opdrachtgever; - Moderne werkomgeving met 24/7 fitnessruimte en restaurant met daktarras; - Interne opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
