FunctiebeschrijvingIn deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne collega's en externe klanten bij logistieke vragen, meldingen en serviceverzoeken. Jij vormt de verbindende schakel tussen klant, distributiecentrum, inkoop en andere interne afdelingen en zorgt dat meldingen correct, tijdig en volledig worden afgehandeld. Je bewaakt het overzicht en draagt actief bij aan een professionele logistieke dienstverlening. Je ondersteunt de organisatie in alle dagelijkse logistieke serviceprocessen. Denk aan: Meldingen & Serviceverzoeken - Je bent het 1e aanspreekpunt voor meldingen over bestellingen, lopende orders, leveringen en andere logistieke zaken. - Je analyseert meldingen, zoekt naar passende oplossingen en coördineert de volledige afhandeling. - Je verwerkt alle meldingen nauwkeurig in het CRM systeem (servicegedeelte). - Je zorgt voor een hoge bereikbaarheid en tijdige opvolging van meldingen.

Vragen beantwoorden & doorzetten - Je beantwoordt logistieke vragen van collega's, klanten en andere betrokkenen of zet deze door naar de juiste afdeling. - Je verwerkt vragen en antwoorden in het klantensysteem. - Je onderhoudt proactief contact over zendingen, orderissues, warehouse transport en andere logistieke onderwerpen.

Signaleren, monitoren & rapporteren - Je signaleert trends in meldingen en knelpunten in het logistieke proces. - Je monitort klantmeldingen en initieert passende acties. - Je levert input voor rapportages en verbetervoorstellen.
