Wie ben jij Houd jij je hoofd koel in de hectiek en krijg je energie van logistieke puzzels? Als communicatieve aanpakker ben jij de spil tussen klanten en collega's. Of je nu al ervaring hebt in de orderadministratie of een leergierige s​tarter bent die systemen zoals WMS en CRM snel meester maakt: jouw motivatie maakt het verschil!

- Je hebt minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur.

Wat ga je doen Als Medewerker Klantenservice Logistiek ben jij de onmisbare schakel binnen het logistieke proces. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over bestellingen en leveringen, waardoor klanten altijd met een glimlach ophangen. Je zoekt naar passende oplossingen en regelt de afhandeling van a tot z.

- Je handelt orders en meldingen af in het CRM-systeem; - Je bent de schakel tussen magazijn, inkoop en koeriers; - Je signaleert actief knelpunten en trends.
