Jij maakt écht het verschil op momenten dat het er toe doet. Klanten vertrouwen op jouw kalmte en deskundigheid wanneer er iets misgaat, denk aan het direct blokkeren van betaalpassen of het geruststellen van klanten die te maken hebben met fraude of diefstal. De eerste 12 weken van de opleiding is het niet mogelijk om vakantie te nemen! 1x in de 6 weken ben je verplicht om op het kantoor in Eindhoven te werken. Let op: deze functie start op 4 januari 2027, en de wervingsdag is op 24 november (aanwezigheid is verplicht). wat bieden wij jou Verdien €2591 - €3700 per maand (excl. toeslagen) Extra toeslagen in de avond, nacht en weekend! Werk hybride: deels thuis, deels op kantoor 24 tot 36 uur per week Starten per 4 januari 2027 wie ben jij Om de klanten van Rabobank dag en nacht te kunnen helpen, is het belangrijk dat je als klantenservice medewerker aan de volgende punten voldoet: - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend; - Je beschikt over minimaal MBO4 werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten; - Je bent bereid je voor minimaal een jaar te committeren aan Rabobank; - Je bent bereid om 1x in de 6 weken te werken op het kantoor in Eindhoven. wat ga je doen Als klantenservice medewerker ben je de professionele stem die klanten uit de brand helpt.
