Als medewerker klantenservice Sales combineer je klantgerichtheid met commercieel inzicht. Je staat klanten telefonisch en via onze digitale kanalen te woord en helpt hen bij vragen over ons assortiment, advies en het plaatsen van een bestelling. Een klant die belt met een vraag over een matras? Jij geeft niet alleen antwoord, maar vraagt door naar de wensen en behoeften van de klant. Je denkt mee, geeft passend advies en kijkt waar je de klant nog meer mee kunt helpen. Zo weet jij van een klantvraag een commerciële kans te maken, zonder daarbij de behoefte van de klant uit het oog te verliezen. Je begeleidt klanten tijdens hun aankoop en stelt waar nodig een passend aanbod op. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onze winkels en andere afdeli...
