Als medewerker klantenservice schade bij Achmea in Apeldoorn ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor klanten die te maken hebben met schade. Of het nu gaat om een kleine aanrijding of een grotere gebeurtenis: jij luistert aandachtig, geeft duidelijk advies en begeleidt klanten stap voor stap door het schadeproces. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid en oplossingsgerichte aanpak voelen klanten zich gehoord én geholpen. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Jij houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het telefonisch helpen van klanten die schade hebben gemeld; - Het beantwoorden van vragen en het geven van passend advies; - Het begeleiden van klanten tijdens het volledige schadeproces; - Het zorgvuldig verwerken van schademeldingen en administratie; - Het samenwerken met collega's om klanten de beste service te bieden. Praktische informatie Heb je nog geen ervaring in de verzekeringsbranche? Dat is geen enkel probleem! Op 16 november 2026 start je met een betaalde training waarin je alles leert over het schadeproces, de systemen en de dienstverlening van Achmea. De eerste drie maanden werk je volledig vanaf kantoor. Daarna is er de mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om kosteloos je Wft Basis en Wft Schade Particulier te behalen. Zo begin je goed voorbereid aan je nieuwe uitdaging. Het bruto uurloon is €19,96. Na de training werk je 24 tot 34 uur per week . Je werkt deels vanuit huis en deels op kantoor in Apeldoorn.
