Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker klantenservice ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je werkt voornamelijk bij de servicedesk en zelfscankassa's, waar je vragen beantwoordt en retouren afhandelt. Je verwelkomt klanten die binnenkomen en zorgt dat ze tevreden weer vertrekken. Geen vraag is te moeilijk voor jou - je denkt altijd in oplossingen en helpt klanten bij complexe situaties. Daarnaast deel je je passie voor sport en krijg je de kans om producttrainingen te volgen om je kennis te vergroten. Wat bieden wij jou?
