Medewerker Klantenservice Zakelijke Markt Dagelijks beantwoorden we complexe (niet-standaard) klantvragen, begeleiden we complexe offertes en bestellingen en dragen we actief bij aan klanttevredenheid. Daarbij werken we intensief samen met andere afdelingen en spelen we in op nieuwe initiatieven en ontwikkelingen, met als doel onze dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker KCA zorg je er voor dat onze klantgegevens juist en volledig zijn. Daarnaast beheer en onderhoud je de contracten en abonnementen voor dataleveringen aan onze klanten. Je werkt nauwkeurig en procesmatig. Je doet verbetervoorstellen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de organisatie voor het verstrekken van klantinformatie. Ons team De afdeling Klantinteractie vormt de verbindende schakel tussen het Kadaster en haar particuliere en zakelijke relaties. Binnen Klantinteractie richt de subafdeling Zakelijke Markt zich op het onderhouden en versterken van de relatie met zakelijke klanten, ketenpartners en afnemers. De afdeling Zakelijke Markt bestaat uit relatiemanagers, binnendienst, contractadministratie. De relatiemanagers zijn de verbinding van het Kadaster met de buitenwereld en brengen de klantsignalen naar binnen. De binnendienst is verantwoordelijk voor de eerstelijns ondersteuning van de relatiemanagers. De binnendienst zorgt o.a. voor maatwerk offertes waarbij de focus ligt op het notariaat, de overheid en het zakelijke- en vastgoedsegment. De collega's van de klant- en contractadministrati...
