Als grote organisatie kunnen wij ervoor zorgen dat onze diëtisten zich volledig kunnen richten op hun rol - in de behandeling - als dietist om samen met de cliënt te werken aan het realiseren van een gezonde leefstijl. De diëtisten van Diëtheek zijn vooruitstrevend, werken volgens de laatste inzichten en richtlijnen en 'staan' voor hun vak. Diëtheek doet dit op eigen wijze: modern, innovatief, en klantgericht. Niet voor niets dat Diëtheek staat voor 'jouw persoonlijke diëtist'! Voor het Klantteam op het hoofdkantoor in Woerden zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een medewerker Klantteam voor 24-32 uur per week. Aantal uur per week is in overleg. Functieomschrijving Het Klantteam is het visitekaartje van Diëtheek, vaak wordt het eerste contact met de cliënt hier gelegd. (Potentiële) cliënten nemen om uiteenlopende redenen contact op met onze afdeling, bijvoorbeeld om afspraken te maken en/of te verzetten, een vraag te stellen over de dienstverlening of om de mogelijkheden voor begeleiding door de diëtist te bespreken. Het is aan de medewerkers van het Klantteam om de diëtist te ontzorgen en te ondersteunen zodat de diëtist direct aan de slag kan met het behandelplan met de cliënt. Als medewerker Klantteam - Zorg je voor de registratie van verwijzingen voor cliënten - Behandel je inkomende en uitgaande telefoon en volg je de hieruit volgende acties op - Behandel je alle email van o.a. diëtisten en cliënten en reageer je hier alert op - Geef je informatie aan klanten over de diensten van Diëtheek - Verwerk je de afspraken met cliënten voor de diëtisten in het afsprakensysteem Profiel - Je beschikt mininmaal over een MBO werk- en d...
