Medewerker Kleinschalig Wonen, wooninitiatief Zeeuws LEF Middelburg (16 uur per week) Zeeuws lef 3 Vind jij het fijn om ervoor te zorgen dat een huis schoon, gezellig en verzorgd is? En krijg je er energie van om er écht voor iemand te zijn? Dan hebben we bij Zeeuws Lef een bijzondere werkplek voor jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Kleinschalig Wonen zorg jij ervoor dat onze locatie er netjes, schoon en verzorgd uitziet. Jij werkt met aandacht en betrokkenheid. Je gaat met een goed gevoel naar huis wanneer alles weer fris en opgeruimd is én de bewoners de aandacht hebben gekregen die zij verdienen. Niet omdat het in een protocol staat, maar omdat het op dat moment nodig is. In een werkweek van 16 uur maak jij écht het verschil. - Je verzorgt een schone en opgeruimde gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Daarnaast verricht je huishoudelijke werkzaamheden in de appartementen van de bewoners - meestal gezellig samen met de bewoner zelf; - In de avonddienst kook je zelf of samen met een bewoner voor degenen die aansluiten bij avondeten om tijdens en na het eten een ontspannen avond te hebben; - Je zoekt naar de vraag áchter het gedrag. Wat heeft iemand nodig als de dagelijkse dingen even te veel worden? Jouw nieuwe werkplek Stichting Zeeuws Lef is een wooninitiatief Zeeuws LEF voor 7 bewoners met autisme met een normaal/gemiddelde intelligentie. De bewoners wonen zelfstandig in hun eigen appartement en krijgen daar individuele begeleiding. Daarnaast is er een extra appartement, 't Honk , dat als gezamenlijke ruimte wordt gebruikt. Hier ontmoeten bewoners elkaar, wordt samen gegeten en is ruimte voor gezelligheid. Zeeuws Lef is een ouderinitiatief, opgericht door ouders met als doel dat de bewoners volop meedoen in de maatschappij terwijl ze wel een veilige plek hebben om te wonen.
