Dan is deze functie als Medewerker Kunststof Daken een mooie kans. Ervaring is niet nodig. Als jij gemotiveerd bent en interesse hebt in de bouw, leer je het vak in de praktijk van ervaren collega's. Als Medewerker Kunststof Daken ga je samen met een vast team op pad naar verschillende projecten. Je werkt aan nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten waar kunststof dakbedekking wordt aangebracht. In het begin ondersteun je bij voorbereidende werkzaamheden, zoals het klaarzetten van materialen, het schoonmaken van dakoppervlakken en het aanreiken van gereedschap. Stap voor stap leer je hoe kunststof dakbedekking wordt gemonteerd, afgewerkt en gecontroleerd. Je werkdagen beginnen meestal vroeg, zodat je samen met je collega's op tijd op de projectlocatie bent. Tijdens het werk ben je actief bezig en werk je veel in de buitenlucht. Veilig werken staat altijd voorop en je krijgt begeleiding om alle werkzaamheden goed onder de knie te krijgen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden en ontwikkel je jezelf tot een vakman in het dakdekkersvak.
