Onze klant is een bedrijf met ongeveer 70 werknemers, die door middel van spuitgieten al bijna 50 jaar verpakkingen produceert voor de levensmiddelenindustrie. Het betreft een fulltime functie voor 37.5 uur per week en je wordt direct bij de opdrachtgever in dienst genomen. Functie-eisen Als medewerker QA ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het hoge niveau van kwaliteit van onze producten. Onze productie vindt plaats onder de hoge kwaliteitseisen van BRC-Packaging. Toezicht houden op de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde producten en omstandigheden waaronder de productie plaatsvindt, onderhouden en up to date houden van de BRC-Packaging certificering, stelselmatig nemen van monsters van de artikelen en het beoordelen hiervan op kwalitatieve aspecten zoals bijv. wanddiktes, passing etc. , het systematisch bewaren en analyseren van verkregen gegevens, toezicht houden op de naleving van de in de kwaliteitszorg opgenomen normen en voorschriften, verrichten van proefspuitingen, stelselmatig uitvoeren van ingangscontroles op grond- en hulpstoffen, het uitvoeren van controles op geblokkeerde producten, het registreren en analyseren van klachten en retourgoederen, actueel houden van specificaties van grondstoffen, eindproducten, verpakkingsmaterialen en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
