Medewerker Kwaliteit Locatie: Gaanderen Vacatureomschrijving: Werk jij nauwkeurig en heb je affiniteit met chemie? Wil jij een belangrijke rol spelen in het bewaken van processen en kwaliteit? Bekijk dan deze vacature! Als kwaliteitsmedewerker zorg jij ervoor dat onze chemische voorbehandelings- en zuiveringsinstallaties voor het poedercoatproces optimaal functioneren. Je bewaakt continu de procesparameters, stelt deze waar nodig bij en grijpt tijdig in om de kwaliteit te waarborgen. Je voert metingen uit, vult chemie bij of vervangt deze, en zorgt ervoor dat de installaties goed blijven draaien. Daarnaast begeleid je controles voor kwaliteitslabels. Je staat midden in de organisatie: je schakelt met de chemieleverancier, hebt contact met productieleiders en werkt samen met de technische dienst om storingen effectief op te lossen. Ook denk je actief mee over verbeteringen om het proces en de kwaliteit verder te optimaliseren. Je belangrijkste taken bestaan uit: - Controleren, bijsturen en registreren van de parameters van de voorbehandelingsinstallaties; - Voorbereiden en deelnemen aan het wekelijkse laboverleg; - Bestellen en opslaan van chemicaliën voor de voorbehandeling en zuivering; - Onderhouden van installaties; - Tijdig vervangen van chemievaten met de heftruck; - Begeleiden van controles voor de kwaliteitslabels. Je bent in deze functie werkzaam in een kwaliteitsteam van 3 personen. Je kunt rekenen op goede begeleiding en een uitgebreid inwerktraject zodat je de organisatie en de processen goed leert kennen. Functie eisen Een afgeronde mbo 4 opleiding/havo niveau of aantoonbare werkervaring; Bij voorkeur in de richting van productietechniek, chemie of vergelijkbaar.
