Als medewerker ladingzekerheid ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zorgvuldig vastzetten van ladingen op verschillende locaties binnen de haven. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle goederen veilig en volgens de regels worden bevestigd, zodat zij zonder problemen kunnen worden vervoerd. Deze functie vraagt om een nauwkeurige en praktische aanpak waarbij je werkt op diverse plekken in de haven. Wat ga je doen? Als Havenwerker / Lasher werk je samen met een klein en hecht team op terminals, in havens en aan boord van zeeschepen. Je houdt je bezig met: Het veilig vastzetten van ladingen op schepen Werken met kettingen, sjorbanden, hout en andere materialen Het controleren van ladingzekering volgens veiligheidsregels Werken met speciaal gereedschap en havenmaterieel Samenwerken in een team waar veiligheid en precisie belangrijk zijn Je werkt in wisselende diensten: 07:30 – 15:30 15:30 – 23:30 Een fulltime werkweek is 37,5 uur. Heb je geen ervaring als Lasher? Geen probleem. Lashen is een specialistisch vak en daarom leiden wij je intern op. Heb je ervaring in de haven, logistiek, offshore, techniek of bouw? Dan pas je waarschijnlijk goed binnen ons team. Je kunt via ons verschillende opleidingen en certificaten behalen, zoals: VCA Havenwerkcertificaat Lashdiploma Certificaten voor werken met materieel Eventueel las- en metaalbewerkingsopleidingen Wat kun jij? Je houdt van fysiek en praktisch werk Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig Je spreekt Nederlands Je hebt een rijbewijs Technische ervaring is mooi meegenomen Je hebt een VCA-certificaat of wilt dit via ons behalen Je bent bereid om in ploegendiensten te werken Een VOG-aanvraag maakt deel uit van de procedure Wat krijg je? Startsalaris vanaf ongeveer €2.500 bruto per maand (exclusief toeslagen) Extra toeslagen voor onregelmatige diensten Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer Goede vergoeding voor overwerk Opleidingen en certificaten op onze kosten Kans op een vast dienstverband Werken in een hecht team met fijne collega’s

Afwisselend werk in een unieke havenomgeving Interlashing verzorgt sinds 2006 vanuit de haven van Vlissingen een uitgebreid scala aan diensten om ladingen zeevast te zetten. Het werkgebied strekt zich voornamelijk uit over de Nederlandse en Belgische havens. Interlashing bestaat uit een professioneel opgeleid en flexibel team van meer dan 30 medewerkers en staat 24 uur per dag klaar voor alle klanten om op een goed voorbereide en veilige manier het succes van klantprojecten te garanderen.
