Stichting Senia is dé organisatie in Nederland die mensen samenbrengt in lees- en luisterclubs. We zoeken per direct een enthousiaste medewerker ledenadministratie voor 16 uur per week . Als medewerker deelnemersadministratie ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze deelnemers en zorg je dat onze administratie up-to-date blijft. Je takenpakket is veelzijdig: Wat je gaat doen? - In deze veelzijdige functie houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het beheren en actualiseren van de gegevens van deelnemers aan onze lees- en luistergroepen. - Het verwerken van diverse administratieve mutaties. - Het beantwoorden van vragen van leden per e-mail en telefoon. - Het voorbereiden en verzorgen van postverzendingen. - Het verwerken van kleine financiële mutaties. - Het plaatsen van bestellingen bij de drukkerij. - Diverse ondersteunende werkzaamheden, zoals het maken en bijhouden van overzichten in Excel. Heb je affiniteit met financiële administratie? Solliciteer dan ook zeker. De mogelijkheid bestaat binnen Senia om door te groeien. Herken jij je hierin? - Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, bent servicegericht en hebt een praktische instelling. - Je vindt het prettig om overzicht te houden en kunt goed overweg met Outlook, Excel en andere administratieve systemen. - Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent resultaatgericht en zorgvuldig; - Je bent flexibel en snel kunnen schakelen; - Je bent communicatief sterk en sensitief; - Je bent gericht op kwaliteit en continue verbetering; - Je bent een gezellige collega; - Als je ervaring hebt met AFAS Profit is dat een pré.
