Medewerker Leefomgeving Er is een leuke functie voor jou bij De Warme Huizen! Met een combi van begeleiding, huishoudelijk werk en direct contact met bewoners zijn we op zoek naar een: Medewerker Leefomgeving in Verpleeghuis Huize Herfstzon (8-15 uur) Als medewerker leefomgeving bij Verpleeghuis Huize Herfstzon in Goor ben je van onschatbare waarde. In deze functie werk je bij onze bewoners, in de huiskamers en de individuele kamers. In de huishouding en als ondersteuning bij de maaltijden in de gezamenlijke huiskamer. Ook kun je ingezet worden als afwashulp in de keuken. Een specifieke opleiding is niet nodig, maar je kunt wel goed met ouderen omgaan ook als ze vergeetachtig zijn. Wat wij jou bieden: - Werken bij een kleinschalig, ambitieus verpleeghuis in ontwikkeling en met een visie; - Een cultuur die zich kenmerkt door huiselijke sfeer en warme aandacht; - Scholing passend bij de functie en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden; - Aandacht voor vitaliteit en gezondheid; - Inschaling vindt plaats afhankelijk van leeftijd en werkervaring, conform CAO VVT in FWG 15; inclusief vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering; - Reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO. Wat breng jij mee? - Je houdt van oudere mensen, zodat je gastvrouw voor ze kunt zijn; - Je houdt van verzorgen en schoonmaken, het is jouw passie; - Je kunt bewoners ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van de broodmaaltijd; - Je hebt ervaring en kennis van algemene schoonmaakwerkzaamheden; - Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en hebt goede sociale vaardigheden; - Je werkt goed samen en bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de weekends en tijdens vakanties.
