Als logistiek medewerker vervul je een belangrijke rol binnen het logistieke proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen efficiënt verlopen, de voorraad op orde blijft en het magazijn overzichtelijk is ingericht. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen interne afdelingen rekenen op een soepel verlopende logistieke operatie. Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, nauwkeurig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Met jouw proactieve houding denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en draag je bij aan een efficiëntere werkwijze binnen het magazijn. Door jouw gestructureerde aanpak weet je prioriteiten te stellen en houd je overzicht, zelfs wanneer het druk is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het eigen maken en zorgvuldig uitvoeren van de logistieke processen en werkinstructies binnen de organisatie; - Het vastleggen, delen en beheren van relevante kennis en informatie om de continuïteit van werkzaamheden te waarborgen; - Het signaleren van verbeterkansen en het aandragen van ideeën om logistieke processen verder te optimaliseren; - Het verwerken van logistieke mutaties en administratieve gegevens in het ERP-systeem; - Het ontvangen, controleren en opslaan van binnenkomende goederen conform de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen; - Het registreren en afhandelen van afwijkingen, schades of afgekeurde materialen; - Het picken, verpakken en gereedmaken van orders voor verzending naar klanten of interne afdelingen; - Het beheren van de voorraad en bijdragen aan een efficiënte, overzichtelijke magazijnindeling; - Het afstemmen en samenwerken met afdelingen zoals productie, werkvoorbereiding en Customer Service om de logistieke processen optimaal ...
