Emmi Desserts Waregem is een industriële bakkerij gevestigd in Waregem. Sinds mei 2026 maakt de locatie, voorheen bekend als Galana en Mademoiselle Desserts Waregem, deel uit van de Emmi Desserts groep, een toonaangevende speler op de internationale markt. De vestiging in Waregem specialiseert zich in de productie van hoogwaardige bakkerijproducten zoals moelleux en muffins, evenals roomijs, bestemd voor zowel de nationale als internationale markt.

Functie

Als medewerker logistiek ben je een essentiële schakel in ons team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van alle logistieke processen, van ontvangst tot verzending. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Picken van orders, voorbereiden/laden van pallets in vrachtwagen/container.
  • Goederen na ontvangst of na productie op de juiste positie zetten met behulp van een heftruck.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijk en overzichtelijk magazijn en het gebruikersonderhoud aan het rijdend materieel.
  • Assisteren bij administratieve taken zoals het verwerken van orders.
  • Organiseren van verpakking/etikettering van producten, inclusief het coördineren van het proces, het bijhouden van de inventaris van de goederen en het administratief afhandelen.
  • Voorbereiden en versturen van stalenpakketten binnen Europa.
  • Communiceren met andere afdelingen om een efficiënte workflow te waarborgen.
  • In ontvangst nemen van goederen en zekerstellen dat deze voldoen aan de gestelde specificaties (hoeveelheid/uiterlijk). Hiertoe onder meer: Controleren van de ontvangsten aan de hand van de vrachtbrief en melden van eventuele afwijkingen aan besteldienst. Aftekenen van de vrachtbrief. Producten coderen ten behoeve van registratie en traceability.
  • Zorgdragen voor het verrichten van voorraadtellingen. Periodiek vergelijken van de werkelijke voorraad met de administratieve voorraad. Zo mogelijk achterhalen van verschillen, doorgeven van een en ander aan de afdelingsleiding.
  • Naleven van de HACCP, bedrijfs- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

De Magazijnverantwoordelijke is jouw leidinggevende. Ook heb je veel te maken met de supply chain & logistic manager.

De kandidaat

  • Heeft een heftruckattest en kan een reachtruck bedienen.
  • Heeft aandacht bij het controleren van ontvangsten en voorraden, verwerken van mutaties en voor een tijdige uitgifte en aanvulling van goederen.
  • Heeft basiskennis van administratieve procedures en computergebruik.
  • Basiskennis van Excel is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met een WMS/ERP systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Is comfortabel in een sturende/verantwoordelijke rol.
  • Heeft goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Bezit nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.
  • Is fysiek fit en een teamspeler met een positieve instelling.
  • Is bereid om in een diepvriesomgeving te werken en op regelmatige basis temperaturen tussen de -18 en -21 graden te trotseren.
