Ons lokaal dienstencentrum draait op veel kleine dingen die samen een groot verschil maken. Een zaal die klaarstaat. Een koffiemachine die goed onderhouden is. Een vrijwilliger die weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Een bezoeker die vriendelijk wordt ontvangen.

Als medewerker van ons lokaal dienstencentrum de Komie Geire zorg jij mee voor die dagelijkse werking. Je combineert schoonmaak en onderhoud met logistiek, cafetariawerking en contact met bezoekers en vrijwilligers. Je werkt vaak zelfstandig, ziet wat er nodig is en zorgt ervoor dat mensen kunnen rekenen op een verzorgde, veilige en gastvrije plek.

Wat doe je?

  • Je maakt de lokalen, keuken, cafetaria en sanitaire ruimtes schoon en houdt ze gebruiksklaar.
  • Je reinigt en onderhoudt toestellen zoals koffie- en afwasmachines en meldt defecten of tekorten.
  • Je helpt in de cafetaria en het sociaal restaurant: bedienen, afrekenen, aanvullen en opruimen.
  • Je zet ruimtes, tafels, stoelen, dranken en cateringmateriaal klaar voor activiteiten en verhuur.
  • Je volgt voorraden op en helpt bij bestellingen en boodschappen.
  • Je ontvangt bezoekers en ondersteunt vrijwilligers op een warme, respectvolle manier.
  • Je houdt eenvoudige registraties en digitale planningen bij.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een verzorgde en gezellige uitstraling van het centrum.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en vindt schoonmaak en logistiek een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van de job.
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig en ziet zelf wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je kan je werk zelfstandig organiseren, ook wanneer je alleen aanwezig bent.
  • Je gaat vriendelijk en discreet om met bezoekers en vrijwilligers en merkt op wanneer iemand hulp nodig heeft.
  • Je kan flexibel schakelen wanneer de planning verandert.
  • Je kan werken met e-mail en eenvoudige digitale toepassingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een rijbewijs B.
