The posting

De Fietsersbond is een onafhankelijke ledenvereniging met meer dan 100 lokale afdelingen en meer dan 1300 vrijwilligers.

Vrijwilligers, leden, lokale afdelingen, supporters en bondgenoten zijn het fundament van de Fietsersbond. Als medewerker sta jij naast onze lokale afdelingen: je ondersteunt en begeleidt hen, zowel organisatorisch als inhoudelijk en je bouwt mee aan een sterke vrijwilligerswerking en aan een écht fietsklimaat in Vlaanderen en Brussel.

Je werkt onder leiding van de directeur en in nauwe samenwerking met collega's en vrijwilligers van de lokale afdelingen. Interactie, communicatie en samenwerking met onze fietscommunity zijn de sleutelbegrippen binnen deze functie.

● Je bouwt gemakkelijk een vertrouwensband op met lokale afdelingen en vrijwilligers.

● Je neemt initiatief en gaat zelf op zoek naar wat afdelingen nodig hebben.

● Ervaring als vrijwilliger, of in het werken met vrijwilligers, is een pluspunt.

● Je bent vertrouwd met het geven, ontwikkelen en organiseren van vorming, of je wil dit graag leren.

● Kennis van mobiliteitsbeleid is een troef, maar geen must, je wil je er wel grondig in inwerken.

● Je bent contactvaardig en je schrijft en spreekt vlot Nederlands.

● Sterke, prikkelende teksten schrijven zie je als een leuke uitdaging.

● Je weet mensen te enthousiasmeren en te inspireren.

● Je werkt planmatig en houdt overzicht, ook met meerdere afdelingen en dossiers tegelijk.

● Je deelt informatie met collega's, komt afspraken na en werkt makkelijk samen naar een gezamenlijk resultaat.

● Je staat open voor feedback en wil je verder ontwikkelen in de functie.

● Administratieve taken schrikken je niet af.
