Sluit je dan aan bij Careflex en volg de tweejarige BBL-opleiding Maatschappelijke zorg (niveau 4). Combineer werken met studeren en word een echte Careflexer! Als Lerend Medewerker werk je in de complexe zorg en ga je één dag per week naar school in Breda. Samen met collega's verleen je de beste zorg aan cliënten met uitdagende zorgvragen en verschillende gedragsproblematieken, voornamelijk binnen de gehandicaptenzorg. Dit werk is intensief, enorm afwisselend en leerzaam, maar bovenal ook plezierig! Je hebt invloed op je eigen werktijden, wat bijdraagt aan een goede werk- privé balans. Checklist voor jou - Levenservaring en werkmentaliteit: Ervaring/opleiding in de zorg of andere verantwoordelijkheidsvolle functies (bijv. bedrijfsleider horeca) is een plus, omdat dit laat zien dat je gewend bent om hard te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. - Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen: Je houdt van afwisseling en kunt omgaan met onverwachte situaties. Ook ben je je ervan bewust dat werken in onregelmatige diensten een onderdeel is van werken in de zorg. - Mobiliteit: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en een eigen auto; reizen tot 1,5 uur enkele reis is voor jou geen probleem. - Taalvaardigheid: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed (minimaal niveau 3F). Checklist van ons - Een vast contract (met studieovereenkomst). - Vanaf je start 70 uur per maand op contract (gemiddeld 16 uur per week) en vanaf het begin van het schooljaar 121 uur per maand (gemiddeld 28 uur per week).
