Als gedreven werkplaatsarbeider ga je aan de slag in een gevarieerde en dynamische werkomgeving waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en continuïteit centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om een stiel aan te leren en op lange termijn mee te groeien binnen een financieel gezond en mensgericht bedrijf. Ervaring is niet vereist: met de juiste motivatie, een leergierige instelling en handigheid stomen wij jou klaar tot een echte vakman of -vrouw!

  • Handig met gereedschap: Je hebt affiniteit met fysiek werk en hebt ervaring met of gevoel voor handgereedschap (een opleiding of ervaring in houtbewerking is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste).
  • Fysiek sterk: Je deinst er niet voor terug om fysiek zwaarder werk te verrichten (o.a. hanteren van balken en grote houten boxen).
  • Aandachtig & Nauwkeurig: Je kunt informatie vlot verwerken en goed onthouden.
  • Communicatief & Betrouwbaar: Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands ter bevordering van een veilige en vlot lopende communicatie op de werkvloer.
  • Samenwerken & Werkethiek: Je beschikt over een stabiel arbeidsverleden, hecht belang aan betrouwbaarheid en zoekt een engagement op lange termijn.
  • Bewerken en monteren: Aan de hand van specifieke klanteisen bewerk en monteer je houten constructies, balken en zware kisten met behulp van handmachines (zoals spijkerpistolen en frezen).
  • Informatieverwerking: Je verwerkt en onthoudt vlot technische instructies en klantspecificaties om kwaliteit en precisie te garanderen.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je inspecteert afgewerkte producten en zorgt voor een nette en veilige werkplek.
  • Variatie & Doorgroei: Je leert stapsgewijs alle facetten van het productieproces kennen en groeit door naarmate je kennis en ervaring toenemen.
