Zin om je onder te dompelen in een divers takenpakket binnen het marketingteam van onze bedrijvengroep? We zoeken versterking!

Bij voorkeur heb je een vlotte verbinding met zowel Ieper als Wetteren, om makkelijk op beide locaties te werken. Je komt terecht in een team van 5 collega's, dus sparringpartners voor al jouw ideeën verzekerd!

Wat zal je doen?

Binnen United Experts Group hebben we 18 merken. Jij wordt verantwoordelijk voor de marketingacties van een paar van die merken.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het creëren van content voor nieuwsbrieven, websites en andere communicatiekanalen.
  • Het beheren en verder uitbouwen van diverse sociale media kanalen.
  • De organisatie van evenementen van A tot Z: van offertes opvragen en promotie uitwerken tot het beheren van inschrijvingen.
  • Het opzetten van commerciële acties die bijdragen aan leadgeneratie en merkbekendheid.
  • Het analyseren van resultaten en campagnedata om acties continu te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt samen met het team creatieve ideeën uit en geeft regelmatig een update over de lopende projecten. Je brieft de grafisch vormgever om de nodige tools te ontwerpen.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met diverse mensen binnen het bedrijf om campagnes te ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent gepassioneerd door marketing. Je volgt trends en ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied op de voet en krijgt energie van het uitwerken van campagnes die écht impact maken.
  • Content, social media, events, leadgeneratie en data vormen voor jou geen aparte eilandjes, maar onderdelen van één sterk marketingverhaal.
  • Creativiteit combineer je moeiteloos met een gestructureerde aanpak. Ideeën bedenken is noodzakelijk, ze succesvol realiseren minstens even belangrijk.
  • Dankzij jouw organisatievermogen behoud je het overzicht.
  • Collega's waarderen je als een betrokken sparringpartner die ideeën durft uit te dagen en mensen weet mee te nemen in nieuwe initiatieven.
  • Eigenaarschap opnemen voelt voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je ziet kansen, grijpt initiatief en zet plannen om in concrete resultaten.
  • Samenwerking met verschillende teams en stakeholders geeft je energie en je beweegt je vlot binnen een dynamische organisatie.
  • Je bent wekelijks minstens twee dagen aanwezig in ons kantoor in Ieper en minstens twee dagen in ons kantoor in Wetteren.
