Jouw nieuwe werkgever Voor onze klant, een internationaal en familiaal productiebedrijf in regio Turnhout, zijn we op zoek naar een Master Data Specialist met sterke SAP-kennis. Je komt terecht in een groeiende organisatie met een no-nonsense cultuur, waar je klantencontact combineert met orderopvolging, interne afstemming en procesverbetering.

Jouw taken

  • Je beheert en onderhoud van materiaalmasterdata in SAP ECC en gekoppelde systemen.
  • Opvolging van materialen en aanpassingen binnen de verschillende bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, volledigheid en consistentie van masterdata.
  • Uitvoeren van datavalidaties en kwaliteitscontroles om een correcte gegevensstroom te garanderen.
  • Analyseren, signaleren en oplossen van datakwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van procesdocumentatie, datastromen en werkinstructies.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met afdelingen zoals Planning, Supply Chain, Aankoop, Productie en IT om processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij systeemwijzigingen, upgrades en toekomstige migratieprojecten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringsinitiatieven die zorgen voor een efficiëntere en betrouwbaardere dataomgeving.
  • Meedenken over automatiseringen en procesoptimalisaties binnen SAP en de bredere organisatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau en idealiter 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen een master data-, supply chain-, ERP- of procesgerichte functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van/ervaring met SAP.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels. Frans en/of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatie skills en durft zaken te benoemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en blijft rustig wanneer het druk is.
  • Je neemt initiatief, ziet werk liggen en denkt graag mee over betere processen.
