The posting

Als Medewerker Masterdata & Productieondersteuning ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, controleren en optimaliseren van essentiële product- en productiegegevens binnen het ERP-systeem.

  • Je beheert en onderhoudt masterdata in het ERP-systeem, waaronder artikelen, componenten, SKU's, stuklijsten (BoM's) en productgegevens.
  • Je stelt Master Batch Records en bijhorende documentatie op, actualiseert deze en zorgt voor een correcte implementatie binnen het productieproces.
  • Je verzamelt en analyseert informatie vanuit verschillende interne bronnen en vertaalt deze naar efficiënte en haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je controleert aangeleverde gegevens op juistheid, volledigheid en conformiteit met productieprocessen, kwaliteitsnormen en procedures.
  • Je stemt af met diverse stakeholders en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je neemt deel aan projectvergaderingen bij productwijzigingen, optimalisatietrajecten en nieuwe productintroducties.
  • Je begeleidt interne reviewprocessen van documentatie, verwerkt feedback en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je onderhoudt professioneel contact met klanten omtrent documentgoedkeuringen en beantwoordt eventuele vragen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen, efficiëntie en data-optimalisatie.

Jij combineert organisatorisch talent met een sterk oog voor detail en een passie voor kwaliteit.

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Interesse in productieomgevingen, procesbeheer en operationele ondersteuning.
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een gereguleerde omgeving zoals GMP, farmacie, healthcare of manufacturing.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics, en een sterke kennis van Excel.
  • Een klantgerichte en servicegerichte mindset.
  • Proactieve houding en een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Goede plannings- en organisatievaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om prioriteiten te bepalen en deadlines te bewaken.
  • Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en efficiënte manier van werken.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossende ingesteldheid.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen, overtuigingskracht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Teamspirit en een positieve samenwerking met collega's.
