We zijn voor onze tandartsenpraktijk op zoek naar een gemotiveerde, vrolijke medewerker medisch secretariaat om ons team te versterken. Je komt terecht in een groepspraktijk waar een goede werksfeer en kwaliteit voorop staan. Je bijdrage doet ertoe.

Taakomschrijving:

  • Aan de balie ben je het eerste vriendelijke, professionele contact voor onze patiënten en zorgt voor een hartelijke ontvangst.
  • Je biedt allround administratieve ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • Je streeft mee naar orde, netheid en hygiëne.
  • Samen met de office coördinator zorg je voor een goede werking binnen de praktijk.

Profiel:

  • Je bent een stressbestendig, verzorgd persoon.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met zin voor initiatief en een positieve ingesteldheid. Je beschikt over goede computervaardigheden.
  • Je job is afwisselend en biedt verantwoordelijkheden. We vragen enige flexibiliteit naar werkuren toe.

Wat hebben wij jou te bieden: Je tewerkstelling bedraagt 28u/week en je kan rekenen op een marktconform en correct loonpakket in relatie tot je verantwoordelijkheden, competenties en resultaten.
