Als medisch telesecretariaat medewerker ontzorg je zorgverstrekkers door hun oproepen af te handelen. Je fungeert als telefonisch verlengstuk van de zorgverstrekkers en zorgt ervoor dat je de oproepen afhandelt zoals onze zorgverstrekkers dat zelf zouden doen. Elke oproep is een uitdaging en je valt nooit in herhaling!

  • Elke zorgverstrekker heeft zijn eigen wensen en zijn eigen agenda. Zo beheer je verschillende agenda’s.
  • Je staat in voor telefonische afspraken en zorgt voor een feilloze administratie.
  • Je staat de patiënten geduldig telefonisch te woord en helpt hen verder.
  • Je rapporteert op een duidelijke manier aan de artsen en de collega’s.
  • Je volgt de mails op.
  • We zoeken een gemotiveerde en enthousiaste medewerker die van aanpakken weet en vlot kan multitasken.
  • Je bent niet bang om de juiste vragen te stellen en kunt het gesprek in handen houden.
  • Je blijft rustig en beleefd ook wanneer het even moeilijk of druk is.
  • Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent communicatief en houdt van telefoneren.
  • Kennis van medische agendapakketten is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van medische terminologie is een pluspunt.
