Voor die overstap moeten duizenden patiëntendossiers zorgvuldig worden voorbereid. Als medewerker medische dossieroverdracht neem jij relevante medische informatie over van HiX naar Epic. Je werkt nauwkeurig, herkent wat je leest en schakelt met een medisch specialist als iets niet duidelijk is. Zo help je onze zorgprofessionals goed voorbereid van start te gaan met Epic. Jouw afdeling en collega's Frisius MC bereidt zich binnen het programma Epic PLUS voor op de overgang naar één gezamenlijk elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD). Vanaf de soft go-live worden toekomstige poliklinische afspraken in Epic geregistreerd. Om medisch specialisten vanaf de daadwerkelijke go-live goed te ondersteunen, zorgen we dat relevante patiëntinformatie uit HiX vooraf beschikbaar is in Epic. Voor deze tijdelijke opdracht werken we met een compacte groep medewerkers. Je werkt op onze locatie in Leeuwarden en bereidt dossiers voor verschillende specialismen voor. Daarbij werk je volgens een duidelijke werklijst en vaste instructies. Je staat er inhoudelijk niet alleen voor. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats onder supervisie van een medisch specialist. Heb je een vraag of kom je informatie tegen die niet duidelijk is? Dan stem je dit af met de specialist. Jij bij Frisius MC In deze functie bereid je patiëntendossiers voor op de overgang naar Epic. PLUS Je bekijkt de informatie in HiX en neemt de afgesproken medische gegevens zorgvuldig over in het nieuwe EPD. Je neemt onder andere de probleemlijst, relevante medische voorgeschieden...
