Samen met je collega s creëer jij een unieke sfeer en zorg je dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt voor onze gasten. Dit kunnen vergaderingen, trainingen, diners, bruiloften en andere evenementen zijn. Je loopt regelmatig in de lobby om eventuele vragen van gasten te beantwoorden en om ervoor te zorgen dat de lobby er netjes uit blijft zien. Zo zorg jij er als gedreven medewerker meeting & events mede voor dat het onze gasten aan niets ontbreekt. Dus werk mee aan het succes van het bedrijf en draag 4 tot 40 uur (uren in overleg) per week samen met je collegiale team bij door het: · Zorg dragen voor orde, netheid en hygiëne voor 16 multifunctionele zalen · Zorgen van de juiste opstelling in de zalen · Opruimen, afbouwen en schoonmaken van de afdeling/vergaderzalen · Aanvullen en bijhouden van de voorraad Jouw inzet levert beloningen op Werken met de tofste collega's in een gezellige omgeving.
