Als medewerker meldkamer ga je aan de slag in Roosendaal bij Alarm Control Nederland (ACN), de beveiligingstak van Feenstra. Met jouw team zorg je dat alle alarmmeldingen binnen de centrale goed worden opgepakt en afgehandeld. We werken in het team met onregelmatige diensten (ochtend, middag, nacht) 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week. Het is dus van essentieel belang dat je binnen 35 kilometer (enkele reis) van de vestiging woont. Verder kun je rekenen op een bruto maandsalaris vanaf €2.502,03 tot maximaal €3.571,90, onregelmatigheid toeslag, 24 vakantiedagen en een hecht team. Daarnaast krijg je van ons jouw BOCA-opleiding als je deze nog niet hebt behaald. Zodat jij dé centralist wordt, bent en blijft! Zó maak jij het verschil! Als medewerker meldkamer ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Jij houdt je samen met het team bezig met het opvolgen en afhandelen van geautomatiseerde alarmmeldingen van onze particuliere- en zakelijke klanten. Je volgt de procedure die is afgesproken met de klant en schakelt indien nodig de hulpdiensten in. Als team hebben wij klant tevredenheid hoog in het vaandel staan en vinden we het leuk om ook dingen samen te ondernemen. We werken in ploegendiensten omdat we 24 uur per dag en 7 dagen per week onze dienst aanbieden. We werken dan ook in een flexibel rooster en diensten. De diensten zijn van 07:00 uur - 15:00 uur, van 15:00 uur - 23:00 uur en van 23:00 uur - 07:00 uur. Alarm Control Nederland is een vooruitstrevende, particuliere alarmcentrale die preventie biedt in geval van inbraak, overval, sabotage, technische storingen en brand. Wij zijn ingericht op de meest geavanceerde beveiligingstechnieken.
