Wij bieden je - Een werkweek van 33 uur in een 5-ploegenrooster voor veel vrije tijd. - Een brutosalaris van €3606,76 tot €3723 per maand o.b.v. 33 uur (inclusief ploegentoeslag), afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring. - Veel verantwoordelijk + je gaat werken in een moderne omgeving waar je met je collega's de verdedigingslinie bent tegen storingen. - Een gezellig/enthousiast en hecht team! Onze opdrachtgever is een van de grootste bedrijven in Nederland op het gebied van installatietechniek, met focus op industrie, energie en telecom. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als Servicedesk Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor storingsmeldingen van bedrijven. Je werkt met geavanceerde monitoringsystemen om problemen op te sporen en op afstand op te lossen. Lukt dat niet, dan schakel je de 2e in. Ook stuur je vanuit kantoor de monteurs in het veld aan en ondersteun je hen waar nodig. Je dagelijkse taken op een rijtje: - Het aannemen en zelf opmerken van 1e lijns storingsmeldingen. - Het oplossen van storingen op afstand; indien nodig doorzetten naar 2e of 3e lijn. - Het aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs in het veld. - Werken in een 24/7 rooster na een uitgebreide inwerkperiode. Wij vragen - Je bent een echte aanpakker met een leergierige instelling. - Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en zaken procesmatig aanpakken. - Digitaal vaardig en snel schakelen tussen verschillende softwaresystemen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlands en Engelse taal en een klantvriendelijke instell...
