Bosch Scharnieren is een gespecialiseerd metaalbedrijf dat al jarenlang RVS‑scharnieren produceert voor uiteenlopende sectoren: van landbouwmachines en piano's tot luxe maatwerkprojecten. Je werkt in een schone, rustige en overzichtelijke productieomgeving met zo'n 15–20 medewerkers, waarvan velen al lang in dienst zijn. De sfeer is hecht, de lijnen zijn kort en betrouwbaarheid staat hoog in het vaandel.Wat ga je doen?

Als Borstelaar/Slijper zorg jij voor de hoogwaardige afwerking van RVS‑onderdelen. Deze onderdelen worden gebruikt in luxe jachten en andere premium projecten, dus een egaal, strak en krasvrij eindresultaat is belangrijk. Jij levert vakmanschap en kwaliteit.Jouw werkzaamheden: • Slijpen, matteren en borstelen van RVS scharnieren en constructies (afwerking op hoog niveau) • Bedienen van diverse borstel- en slijpmachines • Lezen van technische tekeningen en nauwkeurige metingen uitvoeren • Afgewerkte producten zorgvuldig verpakken • Zorgdragen voor een schone werkplek en goed onderhoud van machines • Werken volgens veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften • Overleggen met de productieleiding wanneer iets afwijktWat vragen wij van jou?

• Technische kennis op VMBO‑niveau richting metaalbewerking • Je kunt technische tekeningen goed lezen • Ervaring is een pré, maar het vak leren we je ook graag • Je werkt precies, hebt oog voor detail en gaat voor kwaliteit • Je communiceert makkelijk en schakelt tijdig met collega's en leidingWat bieden wij jou?
