Als Medewerker metaalafdeling in Weert ben jij breed inzetbaar binnen de werkplaats. Je start je werkdag in de dagdienst met het doornemen van de productieorders en technische tekeningen. Aan de hand hiervan voer je zelfstandig diverse metaal- en kunststofbewerkingen uit, zoals zagen, frezen, boren, tappen en MIG/MAG-laswerkzaamheden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bankwerken, het (de)monteren van lagers en het vakkundig samenstellen van complete borstelkernen. Tussendoor voer je steeds strenge kwaliteitscontroles uit.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

• Nauwkeurig zagen, frezen, boren en tappen van metaal- en kunststofonderdelen volgens maatspecificaties; • Uitvoeren van kwalitatieve MIG/MAG-laswerkzaamheden aan divers constructiewerk; • Vakkundig uitvoeren van bankwerk-, montage- en assemblagewerkzaamheden; • Zorgvuldig demonteren en monteren van lagers, assen en andere mechanische componenten; • Correct samenstellen, aanpassen en afwerken van uiteenlopende typen borstelkernen; • Grondig controleren van de vervaardigde producten op kwaliteit, toleranties en tekeningeisen; • Zorgdragen voor een veilige, georganiseerde en opgeruimde werkplek en gereedschappen; • Prettig samenwerken met je teamgenoten om de productiedoelstellingen tijdig te behalen. • Je beschikt over minimaal VMBO Metaal of een MBO werk- en denkniveau richting Werktuigbouwkunde; • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving en kunt technische tekeningen lezen; • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met MIG/MAG-las
