The posting

Als ateliermedewerker in de smederij sta je in voor het maken van de meest uiteenlopende werkstukken uit staal: binnendeuren, ramen, trapleuningen, ...

Iedere opdracht is uniek en heeft een hoog afwerkingsniveau.

In functie van je ervaring, wat je goed en graag doet, wordt er geëvalueerd waar je best ingezet wordt in het atelier. Na verloop van tijd bouw je meer ervaring op en kan je polyvalenter ingezet worden voor verschillende taken, wat je werk gevarieerd en interessant maakt.

Je werkdag start ’s morgens om 7u30 in het atelier in Schilde. In een gezamenlijke briefing met de andere collega’s wordt het werk verdeeld en wordt er polshoogte genomen van de voortgang van de lopende werven die in productie zijn. Onze plaatsers sturen dagelijks werfverslagen met foto’s van afgewerkte realisaties. Als ateliermedewerker krijg je zo ook het eindresultaat te zien waar je terecht fier op kan zijn. Bekijk zeker de foto’s in de verschillende rubrieken op de website van PhilipV (www.philipv.be) en Porte V (www.portev.be). Dit geeft je een mooi beeld van hetgeen we dagelijks realiseren.

Er wordt verwacht dat je zelfstandig kan werken. Iedere nieuwe opdracht die je krijgt, wordt overlopen met de verantwoordelijke dossierbeheerder zodat er vragen gesteld kunnen worden. Als nieuwe aanwinst in ons atelier sta je er natuurlijk niet alleen voor. Collega’s zijn er ook om elkaar bij te staan en te helpen waar nodig.

Een werkdag eindigt om 17u00 en op vrijdag om 16u00. Als voltijdse medewerker word je tewerkgesteld in een 40-urenweek waarbij je op jaarbasis, bovenop je 20 verlofdagen, recht hebt op 12 adv-dagen.

  • Je hebt oog voor detail en fijne afwerking.
  • Een goede kennis van metaalbewerking.
  • Fijn kunnen lassen en werken met verschillende metaalbewerkingsmachines.
  • Je kan zelfstandig aan een opdracht werken.
  • Je bent collegiaal en werkt graag in teamverband.
