The posting

Covias is een samenwerkingsverband tussen 6 organisaties in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg (GGZ), actief in de regio Noord-West-Vlaanderen.

Binnen Covias zetten we in op geïntegreerde zorg waarbij we vanuit één team verschillende GGZ-functies aanbieden. Aan de hand van deze functies wordt zorg op maat geboden, die kan variëren van inzet op coaching en netwerkondersteuning naar meer langdurige interventies met de cliënt en diens netwerk. Enerzijds met het doel om personen met een (vermoeden van) ernstige psychiatrische aandoening (EPA) en hun netwerk te oriënteren naar de nodige zorg. Anderzijds als doel om ondersteuning te bieden, zodat men thuis kan blijven wonen en zoveel als mogelijk zijn/haar rollen in de maatschappij (terug) kan activeren.

De teams zijn samengesteld uit medewerkers met verschillende disciplinaire achtergrond. Covias werkt vanuit een integrale en herstelgerichte benadering.

Als medewerker binnen het mobiel team kan je rol divers zijn. Geven van advies, coachen bij interventies, netwerkopbouw en netwerkcoördinatie, aanklampende zorg bij zorgmijdende cliënten en oriëntatie naar gespecialiseerde GGZ. Maar ook herstelondersteunende trajecten bij cliënten in de thuisomgeving waarbij ingezet wordt op aanwezige krachten behoren tot het palet. Binnen onze mobiele werking is een flexibele en proactieve werkwijze essentieel, vanuit een nauwe samenwerking met de verwijzer en andere partners in het netwerk van de cliënt.

Basismethodieken zijn Steunend Relationeel Handelen (SRH) en Open Dialogue (OD). Je wordt actief ondersteund en gecoacht door je teamcoach, de inhoudelijk coördinatoren, een beleidsarts en je collega’s van het team.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in de menswetenschappen of hebt gelijkwaardige competenties op basis van ervaring;
  • Je kiest voor herstelgericht, verbindend en emancipatorisch werken;
  • Je hebt ervaring met psychosociale begeleiding van cliënten met een (ernstige) psychiatrische aandoening en hun sociaal netwerk;
  • Je houdt van zelfstandig, doelgericht- en ontwikkelingsgericht werken;
  • Een duidelijke zin voor samenwerking kenmerkt je natuurlijke stijl;
  • Je bent contactvaardig en bemiddelend, en hebt organisatorische vaardigheden;
  • Je hebt zicht op het regionaal aanbod met betrekking tot welzijn en geestelijke gezondheidszorg;
  • Je begeleidingsstijl is actief steunen, positief, geduldig maar doelgericht;
  • Affiniteit met en interesse in cliënten met een justitieel statuut is een pluspunt;
  • Goede kennis van de Franse taal is een pluspunt;
  • Je werkattitude getuigt van flexibiliteit;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B;
