The posting

Onze klant streeft ernaar de nummer één te worden op het gebied van prijs en kwaliteit voor het herstel en onderhoud van elektrische roterende machines binnen een straal van 500 kilometer rond Antwerpen. Momenteel behandelen ze roterende machines tot 40 ton, maar willen ze dit uitbreiden tot 80 ton.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij technisch aangelegd en krijg je energie van sleutelen, monteren en ervoor zorgen dat alles weer perfect op zijn plaats zit? Voor onze klant zoeken wij een Medewerker Montage die zich ontfermt over de montage en demontage van elektromotoren, alternatoren, reductiekasten en pompen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat motoren zorgvuldig worden gedemonteerd, gecontroleerd en opnieuw gemonteerd. Daarbij heb je niet alleen oog voor het grotere geheel, maar ook voor de kleinste details. Kwaliteit en snelheid gaan voor jou hand in hand, zonder dat het ene ten koste gaat van het andere.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor de demontage en montage van elektromotoren, alternatoren, reductiekasten en pompen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je demonteert en monteert bouten, lagers en koppelingen op een correcte en professionele manier en herkent verschillende types lagers en hun toepassing.
  • Je markeert onderdelen volgens de juiste methode, controleert ze op schade en documenteert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en vaststellingen.
  • Je bereidt motoren voor op het zandstralen en brengt ze nadien aan de hand van de beschikbare documenten opnieuw in hun originele of betere staat.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte montage van lagers, smeervetten, bouten, rondellen, dichtingen, stelbouten en masplaten.
  • Je voert elektrische metingen uit tijdens de montage, beoordeelt deze en registreert de verschillende metingen en handelingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat afgewerkte motoren correct en volledig worden doorgegeven aan het testveld en meldt afwijkingen of bespreekt deze met de bevoegde verantwoordelijke.
  • Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht, volgt werkfiches en procedures, denkt mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een goede samenwerking binnen het team.
