The posting

Als monteur warmte- en koelsystemen ga je samen met een ervaren collega op pad. Je helpt mee met het installeren, onderhouden en herstellen van verschillende verwarmings- en koelingsinstallaties. Je leert het vak vooral door het in de praktijk te doen en krijgt de kans om stap voor stap zelfstandiger te worden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je gaat samen met een collega naar verschillende werven en klanten en je helpt bij het plaatsen en installeren van warmte- en koelsystemen
  • Je monteert leidingen, onderdelen en technische componenten en je voert onderhoud uit aan bestaande installaties
  • Je helpt bij het opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen en je voert kleine herstellingen uit en leert hoe je technische problemen aanpakt
  • Je controleert of installaties correct werken na een plaatsing of herstelling en je geeft klanten op een duidelijke manier uitleg over de werking van hun installatie

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een familiale West-Vlaamse KMO waar mensen die vooruit willen, kansen krijgen. Het bedrijf werkt aan verschillende en vaak unieke projecten binnen warmte- en koeltechnieken. Je hoeft hier niet binnen te komen als expert. Een goede ingesteldheid, technische interesse en de wil om bij te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je het vak in de praktijk leren. Wie zich inzet en laat zien dat hij vooruit wil, krijgt de mogelijkheid om meer kennis, verantwoordelijkheid en uiteindelijk ook een hoger loon op te bouwen. De communicatie is rechtstreeks en persoonlijk: geen ingewikkelde structuren, maar gewoon duidelijke afspraken en weten waar je aan toe bent.

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring met ventilatie, verwarming of HVAC en je hebt interesse in warmte- en koelingstechnieken en wil hierin verder groeien
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en werkt graag praktisch en je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Je werkt graag samen met een collega, maar wil op termijn ook zelfstandig kunnen werken en af en toe overuren vormen voor jou geen probleem
