Werk je graag met je handen, heb je technisch inzicht en hou je van afwisseling? Dan is deze job misschien iets voor jou. Bij ons maak je geen producten aan de lopende band: elk product is maatwerk en dus uniek! We verwachten een technische basiskennis, maar je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn. Je krijgt bij ons een interne opleiding en leert de job stap voor stap in de praktijk. We vinden het bovendien belangrijk dat je goed in het team past.

  • Je monteert en assembleert toegangscontrolesystemen in ons atelier.
  • Werkt aan de hand van technische tekeningen, duidelijke montage-instructies en werkbonnen.
  • Monteert verschillende onderdelen, zoals motoren, armen, behuizingen en bevestigingsmaterialen.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat alle onderdelen correct gemonteerd en afgesteld zijn.
  • Controleert je eigen werk en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.
  • Denkt mee wanneer je een technisch probleem of afwijking opmerkt
  • Zoekt mee naar een oplossing.
  • Houdt tijdens het werk het overzicht
  • En ziet hoe de verschillende onderdelen samen één geheel vormen.
  • Werkt zelfstandig, maar stemt regelmatig af met je collega's.
  • Houdt je werkplek ordelijk, netjes en veilig.
  • Leert de verschillende producten en montagetechnieken kennen via een interne opleiding en begeleiding op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt een technische basiskennis, door opleiding, werkervaring
  • Of omdat je technisch sterk bent aangelegd.
  • Ervaring in montage, assemblage of een productieomgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Basiskennis van elektriciteit is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must.
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een technische achtergrond zijn welkom.
  • Werkt graag met je handen en bent praktisch ingesteld.
  • Kunt technische tekeningen en montage-instructies lezen en begrijpen, of bent bereid dit te leren.
  • Bent nieuwsgierig en wilt graag nieuwe dingen leren.
  • Durft vragen te stellen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is.
  • Bent communicatief en overlegt vlot met collega's.
  • Bent niet afwachtend, maar neemt zelf initiatief en ziet wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk.
  • Kunt je hoofd erbij houden en het grotere geheel blijven overzien.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Bent flexibel en vindt het net leuk dat niet elk product hetzelfde is.
  • Vindt het belangrijk om deel uit te maken van een goed en collegiaal team.
  • Je bent bereid om in dagdienst te werken; tussen 7u en 17u
