Je komt terecht in een productiebedrijf met een hecht team van techniekers binnen de afdeling eindmontage. Samen werken jullie aan landbouwmachines die volledig volgens de bestelling van de klant worden opgebouwd. Je werkt meestal met twee of drie collega's aan een machine. Daardoor krijg je de kans om veel bij te leren en tegelijk je eigen technische verantwoordelijkheid op te bouwen. De grootste troef? Je leert hier een veelzijdig vak in een omgeving waar maatwerk centraal staat.

Jobomschrijving

Je werkt samen met collega's aan de laatste technische stappen van landbouwmachines.

  • Je monteert elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen op landbouwmachines.
  • Je bevestigt verschillende opties volgens de productieplannen en de wensen van de klant.
  • Je monteert leidingen, banden en andere onderdelen en zorgt voor een verzorgde eindafwerking.
  • Je brengt onder andere serienummers en stickers aan en voert samen met je collega's een laatste controle uit.
  • Je leert maatwerk en specifieke montagetechnieken van een ervaren collega en groeit stap voor stap in je rol.

Je technische basis is belangrijk, maar vooral jouw interesse en zin om bij te leren maken het verschil.

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en interesse in elektriciteit, hydrauliek en pneumatica.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen of wil dit verder leren.
  • Je hebt interesse in rollend materieel en landbouwmachines.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het fijn om samen met collega's naar een mooi eindresultaat toe te werken.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met montage, maar een sterke technische basis en leergierigheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
