Vind je het leuk om zorgvuldig te werken en zichtbaar bij te dragen aan de beleving van bezoekers? Dan is de functie van medewerker museaal onderhoud bij Paleis Het Loo iets voor jou. Jij zorgt samen met het team voor een perfecte uitstraling van de tentoongestelde collectie en de museale ruimtes. Wat ga je doen? Je verwijdert stof van kwetsbare museale objecten, reinigt tentoonstellingsruimtes en houdt historische interieurs in topconditie. Met een kwast maak je een porseleinen vaas stofvrij, je stofzuigt wandbespanningen en lopers, wast ramen en zorgt dat gordijnen weer perfect terugvallen in een nette plooi. Zo nu en dan op hoogte werken is voor jou geen probleem, de prachtige kroonluchters krijgen van jou de aandacht die ze nodig hebben om te stralen. Je bent een ervaren schoonmaker die weet hoe om te gaan met kwetsbare objecten en het schoonmaken ervan. Elke dag wordt het werk in het team verdeelt: welke ruimtes, collectiestukken en kamers hebben vandaag aandacht nodig? Vervolgens ga je aan de slag in het paleis, waar je zorgt dat alles er spik en span uitziet. Je werkt in tweetallen en soms in kleinere ruimtes. Samenwerken, afspraken maken, werk afstemmen en met elkaar blijven praten is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Aan het einde van een werkdag kijk jij tevreden om je heen; alles is weer schoon, verzorgd en klaar om bezoekers een mooie ervaring te bezorgen. Je werkt zorgvuldig en nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en gaat respectvol om met de bijzondere collectie. De Nederlandse taal beheers je voldoende om werkinstructies, handleidingen en vaktaal op het gebied van museale schoonmaak en onderhoud te begrijpen en toe te passen. Dit is nodig om veilig te werken en bezoekers en collega's te woord te staan. Je bent bereid om, als de situatie daarom vraagt, incidenteel in een weekend of op een feestdag te werk...
