Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een veilige en comfortabele omgeving, waarin cliënten zich op hun gemak voelen en de zorg krijgen die ze nodig hebben. - Assisteren bij de persoonlijke verzorging van cliënten - Het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen indien nodig - Het monitoren van de gezondheid en welzijn van cliënten gedurende de nacht - Reageren op noodsituaties en adequaat handelen indien nodig - Samenwerken met collega's om een hoog niveau van zorg te garanderen Wij zoeken een toegewijde medewerker die in staat is om zelfstandig te werken en beslissingen te nemen in uitdagende situaties. Je bent empathisch, geduldig en hebt een groot hart voor de zorg. Als Medewerker draag je bij aan het welzijn van onze cliënten en maak je echt een verschil in hun leven.
