The posting

In jouw rol als medewerker naverwerking ben je de spil in het productieproces van soft gelatine capsules. Je zorgt ervoor dat de capsules gedroogd, losgemaakt, ontvet en gesorteerd worden. Kwaliteitscontrole is jouw tweede natuur en je hebt een scherp oog voor afwijkingen die je manueel detecteert en uitsorteert. Je verwijdert onvolmaakte capsules en rapporteert onvolkomenheden aan je leidinggevende. Bovendien controleer en registreer je de lotnummers in de productiedossiers.

Een gemiddelde werkdag begint met het controleren van de machines en droogkasten, gevolgd door het nauwkeurig sorteren en controleren van de capsules. Je werkt volgens de standaard operating procedures en zorgt voor een veilige en hygiënische omgeving. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het eerste lijn onderhoud van de machines en droogkasten. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een kwaliteitsvolle nabehandeling en inpak van de capsules. Jullie werken samen om prioriteiten goed op te volgen en de verschillende loten efficiënt te verwerken.

  • Afgestudeerd in hoger of lager secundair onderwijs.
  • Ervaring van 0 tot 5 jaar in een soortgelijke functie.
