Dyls is een familiale projectontwikkelaar die het verschil maakt. Kwaliteit staat centraal. We ontwikkelen onze vastgoedprojecten volledig in eigen beheer. Van het zoeken naar projectgronden tot het opleveren van prachtige woningen, interessante commerciële panden of hippe studentenresidenties. We denken out of the box met unieke nieuwbouwprojecten als resultaat.

Voor onze ingenieuze vastgoedprojecten is Dyls op zoek naar een Allround medewerker Nazorg die de nazorg werken op een efficiënte en correcte manier opvolgt en uitvoert.

Op werkdagen combineer je deze taken:

· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nazorg en alle bijhorende bouwkundige herstelwerkzaamheden (pleisterwerken, sanitaire installaties, vloerwerken, dakwerken, HVAC,…)

· Je werk nauw samen met de verschillende betrokken partijen en koppelt regelmatig terug naar de bouwdirectie;

· Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve en tijdige afhandeling van de aan jouw toegekende nazorg taken.

  • Je genoot een hogere technische/bouwkundige opleiding;
  • Je kan enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie voorleggen;
  • Je bent een gemotiveerd, flexibel persoon met het nodige doorzettingsvermogen;
  • Je werkt vlot in team en je bent een kei in het organiseren van je verschillende taken;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en ook klantgericht;
  • Je hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin, en oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en netheid;
  • Je bezit een rijbewijs B;
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
