Voor onze Jeugdgezondheidszorg (JGZ) ga je aan de slag als screener in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Je bezoekt pasgeboren baby's en hun ouders op het huisadres en voert daar de neonatale screeningen uit. Je neemt de ouders mee in wat je gaat doen, vertelt wat de screeningen inhouden en introduceert het consultatiebureau. Je blijft rustig als een test niet in 1 keer lukt en stelt de ouders gerust. Je observeert intussen de thuissituatie van de ouders en bent alert op eventuele signalen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de dienstverlenging van Jeugdgezondheidszorg. Jouw werk brengt je overal in het mooie Zeeland Wie zoeken wij? Je bent een zelfstandige en zeer accurate screener die beschikt over een flexibele- en klantgerichte houding. In verband met de vele contacten ben je communicatief sterk en sociaal vaardig. Je weet zelfstandig te werken binnen protocollen en richtlijnen. Je hebt oog voor detail, herkent signalen en bent accuraat in je werk. Je bent snel inzetbaar en weet dat je soms kort van tevoren wordt opgeroepen. Je bent minimaal 16-20 uur per week inzetbaar en houdt er rekening mee dat in tijden van productiepieken en vakanties van collega's jouw uren per maand meer kunnen zijn. Daarnaast beschik je over - Minimaal MBO 4 afgeronde relevante studie. M.u.v. van doktersassistenten en kraamverzorgsters waarbij MBO 3 afgeronde studie ook is toegestaan; - Een rijbewijs en auto; - Ervaring met baby's en ouders - Ervaring met de Jeugdgezondheidszorg Wat bieden wij? ...
