The posting

Audace ondersteunt een notariskantoor in regio Waasland bij de zoektocht naar een nieuwe collega.

Een klein, modern kantoor waar je met het hele team in één open ruimte zit. De notaris werkt gewoon mee tussen de collega’s. Iedereen weet waar de anderen mee bezig zijn, dus overleg gaat vanzelf.

De notaris is een goedlachs persoon die heel aanspreekbaar is. Geen vaste vraagmomenten: zit ze niet bij een klant, dan kan je altijd even binnenspringen. Geen enkele vraag is haar te veel. En zit je in een focusmoment? Dan mag je dat gerust aangeven.

Het kantoor ligt vlak achter de markt, met parking voor de deur en het station op 10 minuten te voet.

Het takenpakket

Je start dicht bij de praktijk en bouwt van daaruit verder op:

- Starten met verkoopsdossiers. Je leert het kantoor en de werkwijze kennen en bouwt een stevige basis op.

- Dossiers voorbereiden en opvolgen. Je verzamelt de nodige stukken, houdt de agenda in de gaten en maakt akten mee klaar.

- Doorgroeien naar familiale akten. Zorgvolmachten, schenkingen, huwelijksakten. Eens je hier je eerste akte hebt gemaakt, groei je er vlot in.

- Contact met cliënten. Je zit mee aan tafel bij de klanten waar het kan en helpt hen op een heldere manier verder.

Jouw profiel

We houden de deur bewust breed open. Ook als starter ben je hier welkom.

- Bachelor rechtspraktijk. Ervaring in het notariaat is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.

- Rustig en stressbestendig. Je raakt niet snel geïrriteerd of van je stuk, ook niet als het druk wordt.

- Een echte plantrekker. Je pakt zaken zelf aan en denkt mee over oplossingen.

- Leergierig en meegaand. Je wil bijleren, groeit graag in het vak en helpt vlot een collega verder.
