Ben jij technisch sterk, commercieel ingesteld en nauwkeurig in het uitwerken van offertes? Voor een professionele organisatie zoeken we een Medewerker Offertes & Calculatie. In deze veelzijdige functie vertaal je prijsaanvragen en technische informatie naar correcte en competitieve offertes. Je werkt nauw samen met sales, collega's en leveranciers en vormt een belangrijke schakel in het commerciële proces.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je verwerkt binnenkomende prijsaanvragen en stelt nauwkeurige, commercieel aantrekkelijke offertes op.
  • Je maakt meetstaten op basis van bestaande projectdocumentatie of werkt deze volledig zelfstandig uit.
  • Je analyseert lastenboeken en technische documentatie en vertaalt deze naar correcte calculaties.
  • Je vraagt prijsramingen op bij leveranciers, vergelijkt deze en volgt offertes actief op.
  • Je beantwoordt klantvragen, geeft technisch advies en ondersteunt het sales team bij technische vraagstukken.
  • Je deelt jouw technische kennis met collega's en denkt actief mee over commerciële en efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen verwarming, ventilatie, sanitair of HVAC.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het interpreteren van lastenboeken en het opmaken van meetstaten.
  • Je combineert een technische achtergrond met een commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht over verschillende offerteaanvragen.
  • Ervaring met Navision of een gelijkaardig ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
