Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Onze partner ondersteunt bedrijven in gespecialiseerd advies rond het voorbereiden, coördineren en indienen van omgevingsvergunningen. Opdrachtgevers zijn zowel industriële, publieke en private partners maar ook voor investeringsvastgoed zoals kantoren, sportfaciliteiten en retail ondersteunen ze met advies.

Om het team te versterken zoeken ze een ervaren medewerker omgevingsvergunningen, je komt terecht in een KMO met korte communicatielijnen, waar je autonomie krijgt om dossiers zelfstandig van A-Z te beheren.

  • Je begeleidt het volledige vergunningsproces van A-Z
  • Je beheert gemiddeld een 15 uiteenlopende dossiers
  • Je stemt af met architecten, ingenieurs, overheden en juridische partners
  • Je analyseert en zorgt dat dossiers efficiënt worden opgevolgd
  • Je volgt de wet – & regelgeving op
  • Je bouwt duidelijke projectplannen met realistische deadlines
  • Je hebt een heldere communicatie over de voortgang, vervolgstappen en knelpunten
  • Bachelor of Master diploma in een bouwkundige richting of rechten is noodzaak.
  • Je hebt minimaal al een 3 – 5 tal jaar aantoonbare ervaring met omgevingsvergunningen
  • Je bent up 2 date met de procedures en wetgeving rond omgevingsvergunningen
